Dance-based exercise can be an option for those who are lazy to go to the gym.Experts say, dance-based exercise can make fitness more fun dancing at the same time hone talent.

"It kills two birds with one stone," said instructor aerobics class-inflected Bollywood,Rahul Nath as reported by Reuters pages.

Nath said the dance-based exercise allows a person to learn the basics of the dance world as well as burn calories and cardio training.

"You get out of class with sweat dripping. This is what all people want when theycome to the gym," he said.

According to Nath, not classes of dance fitness class for the dancers. Nath who is also a professional dancer and actor said, there are technical differences betweena fitness class with dance classes.

"Fitness is the key, to simplify the movement and get more elements of aerobics in there," he said.

Classes for dancers typically involve five or six movements in 10 seconds on a regular basis. As for fitness classes typically involve the same movement for 30seconds.

"People feel comfortable in the movement. Then I moved to another motion with the format," he said.

Bollywood dances are generally classified as a dance to accompany the Indian filmsoundtracks. However, Nath explains, the genre really has absorbed so muchwestern influence, ranging from hip-hop to rhythm and blues (R & B).

"(Choosing) the music is half the battle," said Nath. "Most people in my class was not a dancer or an Indian. That's what makes the class so interesting."
