Amir Khan to Get the Right to Rematch

The World Boxing Association (WBA) Amir Khan says right in obtaining re tnadingstronghold against Lamont Peterson after Peterson Khan questioned the legitimacy of the victory.

WBA Tengan studying footage of an unknown man called Khan's interference in thedecisions of judges and several times spoke with WBA supervisor Michael Welshgame in a match that was held last December 10 in Washington. Khan lost his IBFand WBA light-welterweight after losing his points from Peterson.

"In fact, there is the mysterious person who is seen holding the edge of the ring andthe match score card. I got the news he was seen celebrating the victory withPeterson," said Khan's promoter, Richard Schaefer.

"I hope the IBF and WBA immediately ordered a main fight back. I think it is sensible," he added.

Vice President Gilberto Jesus Mendoza WBA calls the mystery was not part of theorganization. He also questioned why he could be there.

"We do not know who he was. He was admitted as an official IBF IBF but we have been contacted and they also claimed not to know him.

Mendoza is now waiting to hear from the DC Boxing Commission on the identity ofthe man. However, he personally called the fight back was the right thing to do.

"Many things can make a game to be controversial. However, deploy re-match, I think personally, is the right choice," concluded Mendoza.
